Are linens and towels included in the total price?
Yes, all bed linens and towels are included within the total price. With the exception of cot linens, which we kindly ask the guest to supply themselves.
Do the apartments offer WI-FI?
Yes, we offer free wi-fi to bournemouth holiday apartments.com guests.
Does the total cost include electric, heating etc?
At bournemouth holiday apartments.com, we want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay with no extras therefore we include the cost of utilities within the booking price.
Is on-site parking available?
There is limited on-site parking available. We are unable to guarantee a parking space will be available. Should a parking space not be available you are able to enter the car park to unload your luggage. There is unrestricted parking in nearby Marlborough Road or alternatively a pay and display car park on West-Hill Road.
How Can I access the car park at the apartments?
The car park is located at the rear of the building, accessed from Somerville Road. When approaching the apartments from St Michael’s Roundabout, Somerville Road is the first immediate left before approaching the building. Please note that Somerville Road is a one-way street. The gate access code will be sent to you 7 days before your arrival.
What time can I check into my apartment and how do I gain access to my apartment?
Our guests are welcome to arrive at their apartment from 1500hrs on their arrival date. The key will be in a security box located directly outside of your designated apartment, with details of the access code sent to you before your arrival.
What time do I need to check out of my apartment?
On your day of departure, the check out time will be 10am, please leave your key in the apartment security box.
Can we have a mid-week apartment clean and linen/towel change?
We can arrange a mid-week clean and linen/towel change by our housekeeping team at and additional cost. This would need to be booked before your arrival.
Are you able to accommodate pets?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets or animals in our apartments.
How far is the beach and town centre from bournemouth holiday apartments.com?
Durley Chine is the closest beach and is approximately a 7 minute walk, at this blue-flag beach there are toilet facilities, a Harvester restaurant and the brand new Chineside which is a family friendly beach cafe and take away offering coffee, lunch and dinner.
Bournemouth town-centre is approximately a 10 minute walk from the apartments where you will find all of the usual high-street shops and a variety of places to eat. There is also a Tesco Metro in the square and a Tesco Express in the triangle should you need to stock up on the essentials during your stay.
Alternatively Westbourne, which is a fashionable and popular suburb is approximately a ten minute walk. It offers a unique shipping experience with a lot of independent shops, hair and beauty salons and an extensive range of cafes, bars and restaurants offering food from around the world.
How long will it take to return the security deposit?
The security deposit will be returned within 7 days after your departure.
